My life these days is working, attempting to work out and shopping to furnish a house. I'll be excited for the summer when the weather is reliably warm and nice and my plans to ride or run aren't contingent on the weather - I've ridden in 40 degrees and raining enough times.

pazza, aka "pazza hotpants" or "pazza indecent exposure". although living in pulman has likely stunted her personal and intellectual growth, she retains some refined qualities. his lack of exposure to much of life beyond the dull surrounds (and just plain crapinesss) of pullman could be a hindrance, certainly her knack for keg stands in the corn fields will help in her match-up with leo (if leo doesn't charm her first, i've heard she's easy).
ostensibly a guard cat at a bike shop in austin, leo is also a former winner of worlds and paris-roubaix and is very popular with the ladies (and always drinks 53X11 coffee). i heard that he even once spent the night in his litter box just 'cause. 'nuf said
ostensibly a guard dog, otto disdains confrontation. he actually runs from his tail rather than chasing it. he also suffers from "Ewing" bladder and is in constant need of a bathroom break, be it a christmas tree or a grass skirt (the issue of the skirt being occupied is not one that otto is concerned with). however, he is an early riser and gets more done before noon than most of us in an entire day. and he does not eat poop.
jack is a dog with strong convictions. jack wants to go outside. jack wants to go for a walk. but jack doesn't want to walk very far. sometimes, jack goes on a walk but decides that he doesn't want to walk anymore. so jack doesn't wallk. a former racer, jack has incredible athletic ability, but this ability is limited entirely to short bursts. not a lot of stamina here.

the sadist, sadovich, sexy sadie, poopface. these are all the nicknames of our third dog contestant. sponsored by Novartis, the makers of ritalin, sadie is one wild and crazy dog. potentially a great weakness, her hyperactivity can be channeled to charm unsuspecting humans who contact her for short periods of time. the sadist also suffers from a poop-eating affliction, prefering the delicate flavors of kitten with a light litter crust (penko poop). she has also been known to snort kitty litter as well as pack it into her gums for a long slow fix.

it would appear that two more different dogs couldn't possibly be competing. jack is lithe and agile and chestnut is stubby and clumsy. chestnut is enthusiastic and jack needs a little more convincing.
rudy von took his round robin group handily, although much of the credit is probably due to his underutilized owner who had nothing
better to do than read this blog. really folks, get a life. but buy
from my advertisers first. jack on the other hand, suffered from a lack of voting enthusiasm by his supporters. can they 'get the vote out'? they can't possibly have anything better to do.
perhaps best know for eating poop, chestnuts also indulges in much butt-sniffing and bush-peeing. although he is still quite young, he should be able to effectively leverage these experiences in his match-ups against the other canines.
