indeed! of course, the article goes on to blame the DOT folks. i'm not sure about that, but i do know that motorists here seem to be morons. now, you don't have to be some excellent snow driver. i certainly have little experience. but any reasonable person would at least change his or her driving habits. not around here. i saw people driving like it was dry, tail-gaiting and speeding. i rode my bike to and from work and had a blast.
