so, at the nature valley gran prix earlier this year i had the good fortune to get caught under the tent of the twin six guys during the death storm that hit us in downtown minneapolis.
these guys are makin' some cool ass jerseys and t-shirts. i'm totally diggin the argyle, speedy and brew pub. the ladies' jerseys are cool too. i like the QOTM.
it is damned difficult to find a decent jersey for women. damned difficult. they mostly look stupid and are all pink and blue. it's patronizing, if you ask me. the bike industry would do well to not treat grown women who ride bikes like little girls and give them something that is cool and unique (and not pink or blue). one of the reasons M doesn't love riding her bike is that she can't find a jersey that is both comfortable, cut to fit right (ie not huge) and good looking. these guys just might be on the right track.
i want one of those "ride" posters too. and a t-shirt. argyle cycling socks? hell yeah!
hell, i want it all.
